Following the success of swimming around the country on the 9th July Panathlon visited Wilson Stuart School in Birmingham to deliver a swimming pilot for 2 local schools. The teams from Victoria School and Wilson Stuart School comprised 16 students who competed across 4 individual races and 5 team challenges.

After the individual races the stage was set for it to be thriller with both teams going in to the team challenges on equal points. It proved to be the treasure hunt that made the difference with Wilson Stuart School working extremely well as a team and collecting 27 floats in 1 minute.

After a successful pilot, we look forward to working with these schools next year and delivering another swimming competition with more teams.
