Panathlon were involved today in Swindon organising the Wiltshire Lord’s Taverners Boccia Competition, which was the largest competition so far this year, with 29 teams taking part from 17 schools across Wiltshire.

The leaders came from St Joseph’s and were thrown in at the deep-end, a number running the courts on their own as we had 10 courts going at the same time. There were 2 competitions, a Pan-Disability Competition which ended with an impressive final between Corsham & St Josephs, with Corsham taking the Gold Medal & Trophy.

The Lord’s Taverners Competition was yet again dominated by the impressive Commonwheel School, with both their teams going head to head in the final. Both the Commonwheel teams will represent Wiltshire on 31st January at the regional final.
