The 2013/14 Panathlon season is underway with 725 competitors already having taken part from 93 schools in 16 competitions. This has included swimming in Kent, Football in London and Primary Panathlon competitions in Suffolk and a new venture into Hertfordshire! Additionally, several Boccia competitions, with Panathlon delivering the Lord Taverners U-19 physically impaired competitions in London, Essex and Suffolk and a new Visually Impaired Boccia competition in London.

Additionally we have held 10 days of coaching involving 296 children from 23 schools. This has included our Primary Panathlon Wembley NST project and tennis coaching with 11 deaf students.

Furthermore we have delivered 18 Training Days where we awarded qualifications for 378 Young Leaders as Panathlon Officials, Boccia Young Leaders and ASA Aquatic Officials. 143 of these young people have already put their new found sills in to practice, officiating at their first competition.

This has been a fantastic Autumn term of activity with another 50+ competitions planned for 2014 and many more training days for Young Leaders and Coaches in a range of sports.
