Bringing 4 overly excited pupils to the Panathlon Challenge from a mainstream school gave me a few worries. Would they fit in, would they enjoy it, would the experience be beneficial? Within seconds of walking through the door the answer was yes! Pupils who are usually ‘lost’ in mainstream PE were able to compete, celebrate and enjoy. A fantastic day which I hope will just grow! Olympic legacy?? This is the type of event that its all about! I’ll bring a bus full next year! Brilliant!”
