Forty-one children from 5 schools across the North West took part in the Panathlon Challenge Deaf football tournament held at Greenbank Sports Academy on Thursday 30th November 2017.
Knotty Ash A, pictured above, won the primary final and Alt Bridge A, pictured left, were victors in the secondary age final. Both teams winning 1 – 0 in very competitive games.
Event Organiser James Dixon was delighted at the numbers of deaf players who took part in the competition and the high standard of play throughout the day.
