Panathlon recently visited Hartpury College in Gloucestershire to deliver a day long training session to 71 students between the ages of 16 and 18. The students, who are currently studying a sports course at the College, learnt the rules of 6 different Panathlon sports and will now be ready to lead and officiate at an event, based in Gloucester next summer.
All the students had the opportunity to officiate and play each of these games; New Age Kurling, Powerchair Slalom, Table Cricket, Polybat, Precision Beanbag and Boccia.

We look forward to working with Hartpury College next summer at their Panathlon event.

“A big Thank you to Panathlon for coming today, it was most appreciated and the students learnt loads on the day. It was great how the majority of the session was very practical and hands on because it’s this experience that will be beneficial to them come the School Games.”
