On the 23rd June, Panathlon visited Alfred Salter Primary School in Southwark to deliver an in-school primary coaching session. The day served as a fantastic introduction to both mainstream and pupils with disabilities, with each student having the opportunity to take part and learn the rules in precision beanbag, boccia blast, New Age Kurling, Flight Path and Volleybat. 60 students were involved with 12 of these having disabilities. The children involved were all interested in the various games and as a result the school will now be buying some of the primary Panathlon kit to further the children’s sporting opportunities within the school.

We hope to see Alfred Salter at Primary Panathlon Regional competitions in the future.

Thank you to Wembley National Stadium Trust for all you support.
